About the Program

Our Management Trainee Program is a fast paced, immersive development experience that places top talent at the heart of our business.

Over 18 months, trainees will rotate through key departments, work on strategic projects, and receive direct coaching from senior leaders.

The programme will kick off with a 1‑month onboarding period, then move into 3 months of cross‑functional rotations that offer a full 360° view of Nigerian Bottling Company’s operations all the while being guided by experienced leaders.
