Information for Forum Participants

This forum is for a closed group and is strictly by invitation.

Joining Instructions

  1. If you intend to join the forum via your mobile device, please install the Zoom app from Apple app store or Google Play Store at least 1 hour ahead of session
  2. The forum will commence at 10:00am prompt, please login 10 minutes earlier.
  3. Join the webinar by clicking on the Zoom attendee URL or link in the email you would have received from copy and paste it into your browser window).
  4. When prompted, enter your full name for ease of identification, then click join.
  5. You can connect to the audio conference by clicking on the phone symbol (that appears when you hover on your screen) and selecting "Call Using Computer".
  6. For non-presenters, your audio/video connection status will be muted until the discussion and question and answer sessions.
